Empowering Young Athletes to Reach Their Full Potential

At Crafted Training, we’re all about helping young athletes build confidence, develop their skills, and stay safe while pursuing their goals. We noticed that many kids in our community weren’t getting the right training to perform at their best—leading to missed opportunities and preventable injuries. That’s where we come in.

Our team brings a unique blend of expertise, combining backgrounds in rehabilitation with experience in a wide variety of sports, including rock climbing, mountain biking, running (marathons, triathlons, and ultras), baseball, soccer, basketball, cheerleading, gymnastics, skiing, snowboarding, golf, and even combat sports. Whether your athlete is chasing big dreams or just looking to improve, we’ve got the tools and know-how to guide them every step of the way.

At Crafted Training, we’re more than a training facility—we’re a supportive community dedicated to helping kids grow stronger, more confident, and better prepared to take on whatever challenges come their way. Let’s help your young athlete reach their full potential, one step at a time.

Training In Action

Training Sessions Focus

Agility

Agility is all about moving quickly and efficiently, no matter the direction. We focus on helping athletes develop the ability to pivot, dodge, and navigate their sport with precision and confidence. Whether it’s a quick sidestep on the field or a sharp turn on the court, our agility training builds the skills needed to react and move with purpose.

Stretching

Stretching is the foundation for flexibility, recovery, and injury prevention. We emphasize dynamic and static stretches that keep muscles healthy, improve range of motion, and prepare the body for peak performance. It’s not just about warming up—it’s about keeping athletes strong and ready for anything.

Strength

Strength is the cornerstone of athletic performance. Our strength training programs focus on building functional power tailored to each athlete’s sport and goals. From core stability to explosive movements, we ensure athletes have the foundation they need to perform at their best.

Quickness

Quickness is all about reaction time and sharp bursts of movement. Through drills and exercises, we train athletes to respond instantly and move with precision. From court sports to combat sports, our quickness training helps athletes stay one step ahead of the competition.

Core

The core is the powerhouse of athletic performance. A strong, stable core improves balance, enhances movement efficiency, and protects against injuries. Our core training focuses on building strength from the inside out, helping athletes perform at their peak in every sport. Whether it’s stability during a swing or power during a sprint, it all starts with the core.

Speed

Speed is the game-changer in nearly every sport. We work on technique, power, and stride efficiency to help athletes accelerate faster and maintain top speeds longer. Whether they’re chasing down a ball or racing to the finish line, we help them get there faster.

Warmup

A good warmup sets the tone for success. We teach athletes the importance of preparing their bodies with intentional movements that boost circulation, activate muscles, and reduce injury risk. With our warmup routines, athletes are ready to give it their all from the very start.
